Ashley and Phillip decided to hold their backyard wedding on their private property in Paw Paw, Michigan. I could tell a great deal of care was put into planning all of the details, and it goes to show, you do not need to have a fancy venue, all you need is the ambition and space to put together a rockin party for all of your friends and family! They had a nice altar area built that was also able to be converted into a swing to spend summer nights rocking outside, watching the sunsets.

After the ceremony, we got to take off on quads to go do photos out in the woods. Thank goodness I had a second shooter who was into moto-sports because I am here to tell you, I wouldn’t have known what I was doing driving one of those, but I want one now! haha!

Then it was back to the tent for the reception, where there were lots of laughs, tears, hugs, delicious food, and dancing. Ashley and Phil’s wedding was so fun and one that I will always fondly remember!
