Katie and Nate’s wedding was actually a destination wedding for them! They were able to come up to Michigan to enjoy the beauty of our snowy winter wonderland, and boy did the weather ever deliver! If my memory serves me correctly, I believe it was only about 14 degrees outside and snowing quite a bit! We were able to brave the outdoors just briefly for a few portraits, but thankfully Riverwalk Place had some nice areas inside for portraits as well!

After witnessing and photographing their ceremony, all of Katie and Nate’s friends and family were treated to a delicious dinner and cake. It was hard not to notice the love and joy all around the room as everyone celebrated together. I am so honored that they selected me to photograph their memories. <3
