I met up with Ashley and Phil one cold winter morning to walk around the city and get some photos of them just being their typical “in love” selves.  I loved chatting with them, learning about their wedding plans, and getting a cup of coffee afterwards.  I love doing city engagement sessions!  Honestly they are probably my favorite kind of engagement session because there are so many different options for backdrops and scenes.  I encourage everyone out there who is getting married to look beyond just doing your engagement photos in a plain park full of trees (nothing wrong with that if that’s your thing!) and try something like this!

We would have loved to have had some snow on the ground to make it more of a winter wonderland, but its ok, their love was the focus, not the weather.  🙂
