I met Alexandra and Jordan last summer while they were searching for a wedding photographer.   We talked about their upcoming wedding and let me tell you, I cannot WAIT to photograph it this summer and share the photos with you!  Think beautiful historic church and classic brick restaurant (its a surprise and I’ll share once the wedding is over!).

Alexandra and I chatted about doing an engagement session somewhere around the Downtown Market in Grand Rapids and sent me a photo of an ornate white wall that she’d seen in other photos that she just loved and wanted to use.  I LOVE it when my couples get involved with the process and share locations and photos of things they envision themselves in!  I worked with them to get some of the photo locations that they loved, along with a few others that I thought would go great with the overall “look” that they were going for.

We wound up meeting at Downtown Market, then drove over to the famous “white wall” that everyone loves, on over to Easttown, and back to downtown to finish up with some city skyline/bridge photos.  We even managed to grab a few photos by the fountains at the Ford Museum before security gave us the stink eye to get going, haha!
